These terms explain the basic rules for using VYROSTYLORA STORE, placing orders and using account, payment and support features.

1. Website use

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, abuse accounts, bypass security, upload unlawful content or use another person's account without permission.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and verification codes private. You should notify VYROSTYLORA if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Products, colours and sizes

Product photos are for presentation and colours may vary by screen. Product availability, sizes, colours, designs, descriptions and specifications may change. Please check the product page before ordering.

4. Prices and discounts

Prices and displayed discounts may change. The price shown at checkout is the applicable selling price for that order unless an obvious technical or pricing error is identified.

5. Orders

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order may require payment verification and fulfilment confirmation. VYROSTYLORA may contact you if information is incomplete or an issue affects fulfilment.

6. Payments

UPI or other enabled payment methods may be used as displayed at checkout. If you submit a transaction/reference ID, VYROSTYLORA may verify it before marking an order paid. Never share your UPI PIN, banking password, card PIN or authentication OTP with store staff.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times depend on destination, fulfilment and courier operations. Delays may occur because of weather, logistics, address issues, holidays or events outside VYROSTYLORA's reasonable control. Keep your delivery address and phone number accurate.

8. Returns, replacements and refunds

Any return, replacement or refund is subject to the return/refund rules displayed by VYROSTYLORA for the relevant product and order. If a product arrives damaged, incorrect or has another fulfilment issue, contact support promptly with the order details and requested evidence.

9. Product reviews and user content

Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, confidential or third-party personal information in reviews or support messages. VYROSTYLORA may remove content that violates these rules or applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

VYROSTYLORA branding, website design, original text, graphics and other protected material belong to their respective owners. Do not copy, republish, sell or misuse protected website material without permission.

11. Print Your Demand (PYD)

PYD is a custom-print request feature. Customers must provide accurate product, variant, design, contact and delivery information. A PYD request is not a confirmed fulfilment order until VYROSTYLORA approves it and the configured fulfilment process accepts it.

12. Qikink fulfilment

Approved PYD and applicable store orders may be sent to Qikink for printing, packing and delivery. Product availability, SKU validity, print compatibility, serviceability, shipping allocation and fulfilment timing are controlled in part by the fulfilment provider. VYROSTYLORA may need to contact a customer if the selected variant or design cannot be fulfilled.

13. Third-party services

The store may use Google, payment, fulfilment, printing, courier, hosting and other third-party services. Their availability and terms may be controlled by those providers.

12. Privacy

Your use of the website is also subject to the VYROSTYLORA Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be handled.

13. Service availability

We try to keep the website available and accurate, but temporary outages, maintenance, third-party failures and technical errors can occur.

14. Changes

VYROSTYLORA may update products, features and these terms as the store develops. The latest version published on the website applies to future use.
